Our commitment to sustainability is at the core of our operations across Finland, the UK, and Sweden. As we embark on a transformative journey over the next five years, we pledge to reduce our carbon footprint and enhance our environmental stewardship.

Our objectives:

Internal Carbon Footprint Reduction

We aim to achieve a yearly 15% reduction per full time employee in our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and to become fully carbon neutral by 2035.

Sustainable Supplier Partnerships

We are dedicated to partnering with key suppliers to promote sustainable sourcing, ensuring that at least 75% of our supply chain aligns with our sustainability goals.

Employee Engagement and Training

We will empower our team members by providing training and resources focused on sustainability practices, and foster a culture of environmental awareness.

Community Involvement

We will engage with local communities across Finland, the UK, and Sweden to promote environmental initiatives and support projects that enhance our collective efforts.

Transparent Reporting and Accountability

We will regularly report on our progress, share findings, and communicate our successes and challenges, holding ourselves accountable to our stakeholders and the planet.

Social Value

Our CSR policy is designed to ensure Everon’s operations are ethical, environmentally positive, and beneficial for our employees and society. We will act transparently, respecting legislation and community values in every country we operate in, and behave with integrity, protecting human rights and our natural environment.
